Continuous forms cutter
The CT 1219 automatic cutter produces single sheets from continuous forms. It is generally positioned on finishing lines followed or not by a slitter merger. The sheets can be dispensed on a horizontal conveyor coupled to the cutter, such as the CV 6018 model.
Main characteristics
• Provides single or double cuts;
• Double sided (1/6” strip);
• Stores up to 20 programs;
• Up to 10 different cutting height per program;
• Program cutting heights by 1/6”, 1/8” and 1/10”;
• Bar code reader (optional);
• Software includes advanced micro-controller technology;
• Fast paper adjustment by feeding forms tractors;
• Feed/Cut or Cut/Feed operation
• Margin and center slitter boxes (center slitter box is optional);
• Paper end sensor;
• Paper loop control (optional);
• Paper jam control;
• Non-resetable counter (Total)
• OMR control with programmed pause or stop (optional);

• Long blade lifetime (more than 8 million cuts).
