CS 4426
Chequebook system
for pre-cut sheets |
The CS 4426 checkbook system produces check books or payment books from pre-cut sheets, printed using an impact, non-impact or preprinted process, and one or two entry channels.
The bulk assembly process begins with the back cover and can be carried out using a preprogrammed number or a variable number of sheets, controlled by barcode.
The equipment is modular and the modules are connected mechanically and electrically to one another. The system can be equipped with any insertion module with a personalized document reader, an insertion module for covers and personalized attachments, a sequencing and alignment module, a conveyor and stapling module, book inverter module and binding module. |

|
• Complete verification of sheet quantity, sequence of checks and insertions, carried out by barcode readers.
• Maximum security guaranteed in book assembly, avoiding manual checking.
• The covers, back covers, requisitions and other insertions are subject to the same cutting process, providing the project with perfect finishing.
• The sheets are cut longitudinally, creating 2, 3 or 4 individual documents.
• Book stapling (two Staples per book)
• Book inversion on transfer to the binder (optional). |
